It has been awhile since we updated what has been going on with our family. Some of you knew that Mark had his transfer in to try to get closer to home. We have found out this week that Mark wasnt able to get it. Which is fine. We are putting 100% on the Lord to see what is supposed to happen next. Of course we miss our family and friends, but know that for now we are supposed to be here.
Mark is going to be starting 12 hour shifts next month which is actually kind of exciting. With Marks new schedule he will be working 3 days and then having 4 days off. We have been talking a lot about fun things we will be able to do as a family, and it will also be easier to come and visit up North.
A week ago My mom and Ashley were able to come visit. We had fun shopping, going to the zoo, and watching the kids playing together. Enzo had a lot of fun playing with Isaiah and loved calling after him around the house. I wish I had taken more pictures of them!

Thats a bummer that he didn't get the transfer, but atleast you'll have some more family time with his new schedule. Let me know the next time you're in town!!
ashley (higginbotham)!!! how are you? your kids are cutie pies. i can't believe we're all (kinda) grown up and have kids. crazy! where is your husband stationed? my b-i-l graduated from the academy in dec and is over in barstow. anyways, i'm going to add you onto my links list so we don't feel so far away!
