A week in review

This last week we had a lot of fun! We went to Disneyland again and it was so much fun because we were able to see the Christmas parades at California Adventure and Disneyland. They were seriously so awesome! I left telling Mark that I wish I could work there! Everyone looks like they love their job! Before we were watching the parade at Disneyland we were having a hard time finding a spot to sit where we could see because everyone was already sitting down. We finally found a spot at the end but their were some people sitting in front of us. Kaelyn being her brave little self. Went up to the lady sitting in front of her and said
Kae "Excuse Me" Not in a way to get around, but like get out of her way she cant see
Nice lady "Hi, would you like to sit right next to me"
Kae "Yes that would be perfect for me" There was a tiny 12 inch spot. She ended up talking the ladys ear off during the whole parade. But she got what she wanted and she had a great seat. Dont worry we were right behind her.
Another thing we were able to do this time was since we went to California Adventure they have a new playhouse disney attraction with all the characters that are on in the morning! It was really nice because the kids could be loud and stand up and dance if they wanted. We didnt have to worry about keeping Enzo quiet. The show was really awesome too! Really cute!

A few days ago we finally gave in and got all of the Christmas stuff out. I dont know why I was trying to push it off. I love Christmas. I guess its just that I feel it always makes a mess getting all of the stuff out, and putting it away is exhausting, and we live in a tight space downstairs anyway. Oh well so I got it out and Im glad I did. The kids are so excited and are so interested in the story of Jesus' birth and they love talking about it. IM grateful for these memories!




I finally took their Christmas pictures yesterday. They actually turned out ok and I love the one with Kaelyn. Enzo looks exactly like his dad. Whats funny is the Jacket he is wearing Mark wore when he was Enzos age. Thats why I wanted a picture! Mark is actually doing the same face. I will have to ask Cheryl for a picture and put it on here. Its so cute!



We have been so grateful for Marks schedule lately! He has been only working from Friday night to Sunday night and having from monday-thursday off. We have been enjoying having him home and spending time with him. We still have no transfer, but we are enjoying what time we still have to be here. I love being so close to LA and the beautiful Ocean.
