Does anyone know how I can get rid of this blue that shows up? Ive finally changed my layout and for some reason I cant get the blue to go away! I've tried going to the colors and changing them but it does nothing! Thanks!

to use the cutestblogontheblock backgrounds you have to change your background to the minima style blogger background. (one of the blogger layouts they provide for you) under the blogger layouts.
